Excel based tool that tracks attendance hours for up to five groups of employees and calculates average sick days by group.
Tool calculates overall sick time trending by employee group as well as sick time distribution to up to five groups. Tool also calculates overall sick time average. Simply click on the summary tab on the excel spreadsheet and input the hours for each group – the second tab called the Dashboard will automatically calculate the graphs.
